Computers:

Grades 3-6
Students have been working on doing research for Inauguration Day. They will be taking their information and creating a paper in Microsoft Word. This will also help them with the President's Day Power Point activity. After the White House Scavenger hunt assignment......Keyboarding skills will be practiced for the 3rd 9 weeks, as well as, Study Island assignments.

Grades K-2
Keyboarding skills are being introduced as students begin typing in Microsoft Word. They will be doing a scavenger hunt assignment using www.whitehouse.gov. They will begin working on a President's Day and Valentine's Day activity. The next lesson in Starfall (http://www.starfall.com/) will continue, as well as, Typing Pal, Accelerated Reader and Study Island.
