Computers:

Grades 3-6
Kidspiration projects will begin. Students will have the option to create their gingerbread or candy cane assignment in Kidspiration or Microsoft Word. Research on the Internet will also be practiced. Keyboarding skills and Math/Reading skills will continue to be reviewed in Typing Pal and Study Island.


Grades K-2
This week the students will start their next project: Kidspiration - All About Me projects. They will continue to work on their next lesson in Starfall (http://www.starfall.com/). Typing Pal, Accelerated Reader and Study Island will also continue.

Students in grades K-6 will also be introduced to this months Thanksgiving Day projects!

Grades 3-6
Election activities will be finished and our Kidspiration project will begin. Study Island and Typing Pal will also continue. Any projects that were not finished from the first nine weeks should be completed.

Grades K-2
This week the students will start their next project, Kidspiration. They will also continue to work on their next lesson in Starfall (http://www.starfall.com/). This week we will continue to work in Microsoft Word to create tables. We will also use the Internet to get Clip Art for our projects. Typing Pal and Study Island will continue as well.
Grades K-2
This week the students will work on a new program called Starfall (http://www.starfall.com/). They will work on letter recognition and reading words and sentences/books. The Paint program will also be used for more "mouse control" practice. Second Grade will continue working in Typing Pal and Study Island as well.
